Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellations or modifications processed up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no charge.
Cancellations or modifications processed within 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to 30% of the first night's rate.
Cancellations or modifications processed beyond this specified timeframe, or in the event of a no-show, will result in a charge of 100% of the first night's rate.
Should a cancellation occur during the stay, the full reserved amount for the entire duration of the booking will be due and payable.

Ragusa Inn B&B: Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
These conditions apply to the contract stipulated between Ragusa Inn di Nasello Giuseppe (hereinafter "Ragusa Inn") and the guests of the property (hereinafter "guests") and are applied to every reservation received, including through portals and OTA channels. The reservation constitutes a contract following the confirmation sent to the client who has successfully completed the booking procedure. For anything not covered by these conditions, the provisions of current Italian law apply.

Booking
You can send a request for availability by email or through the online booking system on our website and await our response.

Following your request, you will receive a non-binding offer. The reservation is considered confirmed only after our written communication stating the total price of the stay and after the client has provided credit card details as guarantee or, alternatively, has paid a deposit equivalent to the price of the first night, to be made within 3 days of our confirmation. If payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is considered void.

The reservation becomes binding for Hotel Aria di Mare only upon receipt of a copy of the deposit payment receipt or the credit card details for guarantee, to be sent to the email address (you@oceanhotelresort.com).

Upon receipt of payment details, the Hotel will send the client a confirmation email. The confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. Any inaccuracies or changes must be communicated no later than 4 days from receipt of the confirmation. After this deadline, we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

To make changes to a reservation, please contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate the request. However, we cannot guarantee that such a request will be met. In the event of a reservation being moved to a period with a higher price than the amount paid, the client is required to pay the difference.

Payment
General Conditions:

The reservation can be confirmed by the client by providing credit card details as guarantee. Alternatively, a confirming deposit (excluding city tax and optional services) is required no later than 3 days from the reservation confirmation date. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the specified dates, the reservation is void. The same applies to the final balance.

The amount of the confirming deposit is equal to the price of the first night. As per Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, it will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.

The balance of the reservation, any extras, and the city tax must be paid at check-out.

Advance Payment, "Non-Refundable" Rate:

If this special rate is booked, the entire amount is charged to the credit card or requested via bank transfer. The entire amount is non-refundable in any case. During certain periods, different payment terms may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation.

Extension of Stay:

Extending your stay requires an additional booking and is subject to availability and rate changes.

Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings):
Any reservation cancellation must be communicated in writing by email. The cancellation conditions are stated in the booking confirmation email.

In case of cancellations or modifications made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be applied.

For cancellations or modifications made up to 3 days before arrival, 30% of the cost of the first night will be charged.

For cancellations or modifications beyond the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night for each cancelled room will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee for stays up to 3 nights. For longer stays, 50% of the total booked stay amount will be charged.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate; in this case, the booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellations for high season periods corresponding to public holidays, including Easter week from Holy Wednesday to Sunday, and for Christmas holidays from December 23rd to January 5th, will be accepted up to two weeks before the check-in date.

Ragusa Inn reserves the right to charge the total amount due in case of cancellations made later than two weeks before the check-in date.

No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt an already commenced stay; they are therefore required to pay for the entire booked stay.

No-Show (Failure to Arrive):
In case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained, or the full cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee, subject to the rules provided in the Cancellation Policy.

Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay.

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

Rooming List:
The group leader is responsible for sending the final list of guests as soon as possible and, in any case, no less than 15 days before arrival.

Force Majeure:
The management declines all responsibility for disruptions due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures, or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, and thefts.
